Mr. Mays is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to Greenbrier’s management and operations team. Prior to joining Greenbrier, Mr. Mays was the president and chief operating officer of a successful senior housing system with communities located throughout the Southeastern United States. He has worked in senior housing since 1992 and has been responsible for start-up and ongoing operations for both for-profit and not-for-profit continuing care retirement communities. Prior to 1992, Mr. Mays practiced corporate and transactional law in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University of Ohio and his juris doctorate from Emory Law School.
Stovall Kendrick

Mr. Kendrick began his career with Marriott Senior Living and prior to joining Greenbrier, was the executive vice president of a successful senior housing system with communities located throughout the Southeastern United States. He has more than 25 years of experience in senior housing development and management, serving both for-profit and not-for-profit clients. Mr. Kendrick holds an active nursing home administrator license and earned a master’s degree in science from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
Devin Anderson

Mr. Anderson is responsible for project evaluations as well as the coordination of the financial activities for acquisitions, new developments and turnaround opportunities. Prior to joining Greenbrier Senior Living, Mr. Anderson was first vice president in the planning and finance department of Greenbrier Development. He worked for Ernst & Young where he provided financial services for clients. Mr. Anderson received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, he received a graduate certificate in property repositioning and turnaround strategies from the University of Texas at Arlington.

She has a proven track record of turning around the sales performance of challenged communities by training and creating high-performing sales teams that embrace sales accountability and thrive on being “Best in Class.” Ms. Tenorio attended Oklahoma State University in Tulsa and holds a degree in general studies.

He has a master’s of science degree in long term care administration from The University of North Texas and a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a concentration in gerontology from Drake University. He is also a licensed nursing home administrator. In his spare time, he enjoys vacationing at the beach with his family and is an avid college sports fan.

Her passion for seniors is equaled by her drive for developing talent and creating and operating successful communities.

Ms. Pierce brings a wealth of experience and is dedicated to ensuring quality care and regulatory excellence across all communities. Ms. Warren plays a key role in supporting the finance team with special projects related to our Greenbrier communities and broader business development initiatives. She first encountered the senior living industry during an internship with the Greenbrier team while completing her final year at Samford University. This invaluable experience fostered her deep appreciation for the industry. Ms. Warren graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Mrs. Gogonelis serves as a special projects manager supporting the regional sales team in enhancing sales and increasing community awareness through coordinated outreach efforts. She comes to Greenbrier with 25 years of experience in the senior living industry. Most recently, she worked for a non-profit CCRC in various capacities such as sales training, collateral development and assistant to the director of advancement for all fundraising and special events. Mrs. Gogonelis earned her master of arts in communication studies from the University of Memphis.
Brent Camp

I am the only Greenbrier team member who got into senior living as a bartender at a senior living community on the campus of the University of Alabama.

Mr. Camp is responsible for supporting the Operations Team in the day-to-day operations of Greenbrier communities. With 16 years of experience in program management, including 14 years in the senior living industry, Brent brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Previously, he served as the Wellness Director for a senior living community, managing the daily healthcare needs of independent living residents and overseeing an in-house companion care program that provided private duty care to residents. Brent holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in healthcare management.

I am the only Greenbrier team member who has performed all throughout New York City, including New York City Center and Koch Theater.

Ms. Ruth is responsible for supporting operations in multiple areas including insurance placement and renewals, Greenbrier orientation and training schools, employee recruitment programs, satisfaction surveys and general office administration. Ms. Ruth graduated from Marymount Manhattan College, summa cum laude, as a Golden Key recipient, Dean’s List honoree and a Silver M Award winner. She has grown up around the senior living industry, and has a deep appreciation and passion for working in this field.
