Silver Creek at St. Augustine is an assisted living and memory care community located in the popular travel destination of St. Augustine, Florida. Known for its Spanish colonial-era buildings as well as elite 19th-century architecture, the proclaimed “nation’s oldest city” offers residents and tourists a wide variety of shopping, dining, recreational and entertainment venues, as well as premier golf courses, outdoor watersports and miles of sandy white beaches. The community officially opened in November 2016 and Phase II is planned for the seamless addition of independent living. Silver Creek provides a wide range of services, amenities and programs designed with a focus on whole-person wellness and life fulfillment. Silver Creek features a total of 120 residences: 82 assisted living and 38 memory care apartments, and Phase II will contain approximately 135 independent living apartment homes.
